Exchange Process

  2. If approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (at our expense).
  3. Return the incorrect item to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost (subject to availability). If the correct item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds except in cases where the correct replacement cannot be provided. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
