- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in the same condition as received.

Exchange Process

- If approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (at our expense).
- Return the incorrect item to us.
- Once received and inspected, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost (subject to availability). If the correct item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
Non-Eligible Items
- Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
We do not offer refunds except in cases where the correct replacement cannot be provided. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
